The five sessions

How the intensive runs

Each course follows the same five-session shape. A detailed topic list is confirmed with the class.

  1. Step 1. Sessions 1–2

    Exam technique and core skills

    Set the pace for WACE-style questions: calculator and non-calculator habits, common mark-loss patterns, and the skills that sit under the highest-weight topics.

  2. Step 2. Sessions 3–4

    High-weight topics and exam papers

    Work through exam-style questions on the topics that decide the paper. Timed sets, worked solutions, and targeted feedback.

  3. Step 3. Session 5

    Marked mock exam and written report

    A full mock under exam conditions, then a written report so the student knows what to revise before the WACE exams.

Who is the WACE Exam Intensive for?

Year 11 and Year 12 students preparing for ATAR Mathematics Methods or ATAR Mathematics Applications.

When and where does it run?

In person at Suite 1/11 Ogilvie Rd, Mount Pleasant WA 6153, 20 August – 27 September 2026. Year 12 Methods is 8:30–10:00 am and Year 11 Methods is 11:30 am–1:00 pm, both on Saturdays 29 August and 5, 12, 19, 26 September 2026. Year 12 Applications is 10:00–11:30 am on 20 August and 6, 13, 20, 27 September 2026.

What does each course include?

5 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours, a printed revision guide, a full mock exam, a hand-written marker’s report, and the notes and exam-style questions used in class. Each class is limited to 12 students.

How much does it cost?

$399 per course. A second course for the same student is $349. Methods and Applications together are $748.
