ACADEMIS specialises in accelerated learning programmes with proven results, consistently producing students who achieve 95+ ATARs. Our structured approach, expert tutors, and comprehensive resources set us apart from standard tutoring services.

Our 90-minute sessions follow a proven three-part structure: 20 minutes review of previous concepts and exam-style problem solving; 30 minutes new topic introduction with comprehensive notes and examples; and 40 minutes guided practice with exam-level questions and individualised support. Classes follow a clear term plan shared with parents and students, allowing for pre-reading and preparation.

We maintain small class sizes (typically 6–12 students) to ensure personalised attention while fostering healthy peer learning and discussion. This balanced approach has proven optimal for student engagement and academic improvement.

Our tutors are carefully selected high achievers with proven teaching ability. All tutors have achieved 98+ ATARs, are currently studying at top universities, have extensive teaching experience, and receive regular training and performance reviews. Classes are overseen by Director Morium Khan.

Students receive comprehensive materials including detailed topic notes and summaries, weekly homework booklets with solutions, practice tests and exam papers, and online support resources. All materials are regularly updated to align with current WACE requirements.

We teach in person at Suite 1/11 Ogilvie Rd, Mount Pleasant WA 6153. Families visit from Mount Pleasant, Applecross, Ardross, Booragoon, Melville, Attadale, Como and across Perth.

Open 7 days: 8:30 am–7:30 pm. After-school sessions run Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM. Weekend intensive groups run Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. GATE / ASET sessions are Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Private tutoring can be booked weekdays 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM and weekends 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

We offer the WACE Exam Intensive 2026, the Intensive Group Program, private one-to-one tutoring, GATE / ASET / scholarship preparation, and the After School Academic Success Program. Compare options and published fees on the Programs & Fees page.

Published rates are $110 / hour for private tutoring; Intensive Group from $65–$75 per subject per week; GATE / ASET from $75 per session; After School from $42.99 per session depending on days booked; and the WACE Exam Intensive at $399 per course. Confirm current fees when you enrol.

A 5-session weekly revision program for Year 11 and 12 ATAR Mathematics at our Mount Pleasant centre, running 20 August – 27 September 2026. Year 12 Methods runs 8:30–10:00 am and Year 11 Methods 11:30 am–1:00 pm on Saturdays 29 August and 5, 12, 19, 26 September 2026. Year 12 Applications runs 10:00–11:30 am on 20 August and 6, 13, 20, 27 September 2026. There are 12 places per course and 36 places in total.

Each course includes three days of focused ATAR Mathematics exam preparation, a printed revision guide, a full mock exam, a hand-written marker’s report, and all notes and exam-style questions. It is for Year 11 or Year 12 Methods or Applications.

Yes. Our GATE / ASET / scholarship program is for Year 4, 5 and 6 students. Sessions are Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, from $75 per session, and include two progress-tracking mock exams per term.

We tutor Years 5–12, with GATE preparation from Year 4. Subjects include ATAR Mathematics Applications, Methods and Specialist, ATAR English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and core Maths, Science and English for Years 5–10.

We accept bank transfer, card, or cash for full-term enrolments (cash full-term discount $50). Invoices go to invoice@academis.com.au. ABN 75 809 543 149.
